Ford has released the ordering guides for the 2019 F150. With this 13th generation F150 going into its fourth model year and just one year after the 2018 refresh we get mostly color and option changes.
The biggest change for 2019 of course is the Limited trim getting the 3.5 HO EcoBoost out of the Raptor. This version of the EcoBoost cranks out 450HP and 510LB FT of torque making it the most powerful engine available in a mainstream pickup. Raptor SuperCrews and F150 Limiteds now also come standard with the 36 gallon fuel tank.
Automatic high beams and Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking are now standard across the lineup. The Limited gets the new “Camel Back” interior color replacing the not very well received Navy Pier color. Supercab models are no longer available with a sunroof as that option has been deleted.
Interestingly the heavy duty payload package is now only available on base and mid level XL and XLT trims.
There are some color changes as well with the additions of Agate Black, Velocity Blue, Abyss Gray, Silver Spruce and Ford Performance Blue.Deleted colors are: Leadfoot, Guard, Lightning Blue, Shadow Black and White Gold.
